- please use a small piece of paper to clean the cemented carbide measuring head before each use!

Bought the first set back in early oct of 2024 3/4 micrometer failed due to broken locking pins and failed dimensional calibrations. Had them ship out a new set and again failed calibration beyond repair. Do not waste your money on these. Due to my calibration lab taking so long I could not return the second set, so it ended up being for naught.

Product is advertised as a 6-piece micrometer set for $110. Order gets placed as a 4-piece. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until I reviewed my order and noticed what I actually received. At which time it was already way to late. Quality is barely passible. Wooden case is flat, not a box like pictured, and cheaply made. Obviously you get what you pay for, but in this case, you apparently only pay for a 4-piece set. If they advertised a 4-pack, then fine. But, the item you actually get is missing the 4"-5" and 5"-6". Description of this product is a lie.
