It sticks closely to each piece, even around tight curves, adding strength to your finished piece. Silver backed foil is ideal for projects using transpaent glass or for projects where solder seams will be left silver. Foil measures 7/32" wide and 1.0mm thick. Sold in a 108 foot roll. I was nervous that this foil would come copper backed from the previous reviews. But it was actual silver back copper foil and it worked so well!

Works very well when foiling stained glass. I bought it through Amazon because my local dealer was out of stock at the time I needed it. Glad I could get it through Amazon! I'm giving it four stars because of the price.

This is the brand I always buy at my local shop so I figured it would be fine, and it was a few dollars cheaper. But it frayed and I had to remove it several times. So far my piece is staying together but I'm worried about the quality over time. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this from this seller.
