This is a great product. Priced right and this unit is not end loaded. Buy a harness Drywall sanding harness save your arms and back. I do this for a living "contracting" cuts time in half, makes me $$$$ it work!!

unless you want to spend over $1,000 for the Festool this is not bad for the $$... the motor is not on the end and is on the handle which makes it a little easier to balance but it is still on the heavy side a little over 10 lbs. I was missing the brushes and customer service was right there via emails and really responsive to make it right. Big plus and Thank You for Lisa LI. I used it on the ceilings and as a first time user you need to be gentle and figure out how to used with the correct sanding pads as it can gauge if YOU are not careful.Bought this one because it did not have the motor on the sanding disc it has a similar design as the festool but the only thing I would change is to make the bracket that connects the handle to the disc a little further apart as to make it a little more stable(meaning it would level it off a little more against the drywall depending on the angle you are holding it).I received the Zeny model also in Red but it is similar and just has the bracket mount that looks different on the sanding head and maybe it would've been a little more stableAgain Thank You Miss Lisa customer service....

I bought this couple months ago on my job I do a lot of patches on the wall but nothing bigger like the whole house I only did couple jobs in this machine broke I know for the price it is good enough but only did two jobs and this thing doesn't work still spinning but soon as you put it on the wall stop
