Easy Installation:
Step one: Drill out the old the old rivet from the old lift handle
Step two: Place the new lift handle in punched slot of main arm and align rivet holes.
Step three: Insert rivet through hole in main arm, place hex nut over rivet shaft and tight against rivet.
Step Four: Secure the lift handle by pulling rivet tight with pop rivet gun.

This handle fit my 1989 Dometic awning perfectly. The lever works great and it appears to be put together solidly.

My awning arm lock had broke and I needed a replacement that was budget friendly. This lock/lift is great. Looked almost exactly like the factory awning lock/lift. Directions were clear, easy replacement and everything works as it should again. Nice!

Overall it's a great handle but had to go pick up a larger rivet at the hardware store as other reviews have stated it as well.

Does not work properly! There's to much play in the mechanism. The rivets supplied are to small! I would not recommend this product!

Easy to attach. Works well. I found mounting it with nut and bolts worked better then riveting for me.

After I sheared the indexing pin off of my current handle I needed a replacement. This handle fit my A&E / Dometic awing and the installation was very easy. Careful drilling out the old rivets on the broken handle. They included a small hex nut that is used to help apply pressure to the rivet during riveting just in case your rivet tools head is too large to fit inside the channel on the handle.

It was an easy install and it works as it should. I needed to use bigger rivets than the ones they were provided.

I thought the price was right fast delivery easy to install I would say taking the old ones off and putting the new ones on probably taco hole half an hour to do real easy to install
