I have my awning out 24/7 in texas near dallas. We have very windy times in spring and have only retracted them a few times, a few for snow, but thats rare. These are awesome. They withstand the wind with ease. Sure i get noise from when the wind gets high, but they hold very well. Ive had it one time pull out the anchor, but i think it was not down all the way into the ground. Highly Recomended.

Had an issue with wind blowing my awning all over the place. Saw other campers with these and vowed to never camp without them again. Happy to see they were on Amazon and they work great. Used them a few times this summer and no major issues. One minor flaw was with the little metal stoppers inserted within the each strap...they fell off after the first use. Everything works fine...just have to watch for the hook not to fly off the end of the strap.

I love these straps. So quick to set up, and to disconnect. If you like your awning out but are nervous when winds reach 10 mph, these are for you. I’ve used for over a year, and continue to love them. I’ve never tried over 20 mph wind, and won’t, but great for regular use!

Used 2 at each corner for 7 months straight through all weather conditions. Awning suffered no damage at all. Still In excellent shape when finally rolled up.

The clips are thin metal, not strong at all. The straps we gave up and used a bungee (won last, cheap)and a tie down strap with good big hooks and crank. The price of $20 is good for the nice tie down anchors. We will use the straps elsewhere.

One it’s set up, works really great. A bit hard to screw the pegs into really compact soil, I had to use a metal bar. Hard threading the straps into the buckles, use a pair of tweezers. We had a heavy wind today, less shake on the rv and the springs took all the shock. Looks like it will last for many years.

We use these anchors on our awning to prevent the wind from tearing our awning. Handy!

I got a new trailer about a year and a 1/2 ago with electric. Awning was not too keen on the sturdiness of it bought these straps. Add 40 km wins. When I was at the beach went back, tarp was perfect. Would highly recommend it save my tarp
