The size is great makes for an easy bread kit. Very lightweight making it easy to move around the kitchen and store. The quality is really good and you can clean it so easily. Its very cheap and looks very nice. Great buy for yourself or a gift for a friend.

My husband is looking forward to making some sourdough bread for soups. This is a good set.If o ly Amazon could package properly, that would be nice. The tape didn't stick, so it looks like someone wanted to see what was in the box. So far I haven't had a damaged item because of it. Yet.

Basket, liner, scraper, and lame were all as described. Lame came with five blades that are very sharp and more effective than the one I’ve been using.

I’m just starting the sourdough starter experience. From what’s included in the kit a novice like me I shouldn’t have too many problems. High quality material and down to earth instructions. I highly recommend it for those wanting to get into bread making.

I use them for the pulley system that uses oly plates on my mikolo cheeta and they work great. Super easy to get on and off.
