This is a great starter kit for making sourdough starter and bread loaves. It has everything you need. The only additional thing I’ve found useful is a smaller jar if making smaller amounts of starter, but I had that already so it wasn’t a problem. Great value for the cost too!

Arrived and is missing the blades and cover for the scoring tool. The elastic band with the times for last fed is missing some of the printing as well, looks like it's worn off. But everything else looks great!
