They work just as expected and they also had the correct description. I looked for the best price and in doing so I had also got a working product. This seller was quick to send a new one due to a stuck in button not allowing ratchet to function correctly. Great seller with an affordable price on a working product. If you are looking for a commercial product don't be a cheapskate just go charge an expensive commercial one from any commercial truck shop (professional grade) dont look for a deal. Great product with a great price, thank you!

The items themselves, 4 ratchet binders, are well made and easy to use. Much more user friendly than the old style binders. The packaging however is not near heavy enough. I'll estimate the weight for a 4 binder set is near 45 lbs and they ware shipped in a typical cardboard box with 2 nylon straps. As you see from my pictures the boxes don't stand up very well with the Carrier's abuse.
