I was a bit skeptical of the item when I purchased it, but figured if I get a few new works that I liked it would be worth it.After using I honestly fell in love with it. The cards are small but not so small that you cannot read them. Yet, they found a way to make them with full pictures and information on the backside.After flipping through the deck, I came out with over 12 new workouts that I have personally never done. So, all in all, I would buy it for a friend, or family member or as a gift for my local athletic association/ high school sports coaches. The cards are smaller than a pack of poker cards so they are easy to carry and pack. I plan to do pushups in between and squats while on trips with these cards to get a full-body workout when not at my home or gym. I would recommend this product to others.

These are great workout cards they are mostly for someone who exercises regularly it’s not for a beginner they are very advance on some of the exercises

While the deck does have some good exercises, the cards are much too small. I have a lot of workout card decks, none are as tiny as this one.

A few things is actually 72 workout cards plus 3 instructional cards. However there are a few Abt 28 'core' exercises I wasn't familiar with so it does offer good ab or core exercises. Mainly from what I can see a lot are planks and Pilates inspire type. They are thick nicely made with picture and instructions on both sides. If you are into overall fitness and like to workout daily it be a good buy it does make an or core training a bit fun. If you have any back problems duble check becuz some of the exercises may not be suitable for you. Obviously workout to your limits or lack of. Aside from that for the price is a good deal and yes I do recommend it they are helpful.

I use these cards 3x a week to workout.I love the size, ease of use & I appreciate the clarity of the pictures.Each card had easy to understand instructions on the other side of the picture.I’m very happy with my purchase :)
