Now, I'm not going to say this is going to be the tranformation you're hoping for. However, it helps you become much more aware of your daily eating, habits, goals, etc. I love the features in this to track water intake, fruit and veggie consumption, etc.I use this daily and it's helped me lose about 6 pounds so far, with proper eating and some exercise, etc. Writing stuff down doesn't shed the pounds, but the accountability it provides certainly does help.I love this product and highly recommend it.

I did not expect this product to be as fancy as it was. It came in a magnetic-closed black gift box. Opening it, there was a mini instruction manual, which honestly I thought was a little over the top. Who needs an instruction manual just to log food? But the journal has a lot more than just food logging, including goal setting, initial measurements, and more. The mystic blue cover is also gorgeous, with a light sheen to it. It comes with a measuring tape and several pages of stickers. Honestly, it could also be a great present (or passive aggressive gift).

This food journal comes in a fancy package. The food journal is very well thought out, to record everything to keep me healthy and hopefully loose some weight in the process. It also comes with an instruction booklet and a measuring tape. I used to subscribe to a digital lifestyle app to do something similar, except it cost over $100 a month. This food journal is a more affordable solution to do the same thing, except for the coaching part. I look forward to using this food journal to keep me healthy in my food intake and exercise regularly.
