Have a 2and gen dodge with a NV4500? This is an exact replacement at a fraction of the price of mopar. Shame on mopar.

The reviews said this part will work on the dodge NV4500 and they were right! The part is identical to the one I removed. My back up lights work again! Why pay $60+ for the other ones when you can buy this for $15 instead.

This switch fixed my backup lights not working. Only took 1 star off because it didn't include the sealing washer (which was just a thin plastic washer). I reused it, fingers crossed. Would be 5 stars if it included the seal.
