Not bad at all! After upgrading from a 5.1 Onyko to a Sony 7.2 I needed another pair to add on. I currently have JBLs and these didn’t sound too far off from those. In terms of build quality they are almost identical. The highs and mids are clear using 14 gauge speaker wire. Don’t hear any distortion, muffling or static. Having needed these for just that it, gets the job done! They really helped add that extra dimension of sound offered by a 7.1 or 7.2 setup w/ 360 audio or Dolby Atmos. Little to no bass but these aren’t built for that. That’s what a subwoofer is for. So if you need to replace a pair of satellite speakers or add on to a current setup but don’t wanna break the bank, these do great! Obviously if you’re an audiophile you’ll wanna spend some extra coins. But even then, I think at this price point they would appreciate what these little guys can do.

These filled in the left channel of my custom surround sound build. The two I had were starting to crackle. When I watched movies. Or played games. It annoyed me. After looking and researching for a bit. I found these. And pulled the trigger. They are heavy. And they are very nice speakers. They came with all the fixings for mounting. And they look great. Nice and clean. But even better. They SOUND awesome. These along with my subwoofer. Has boosted my audio to new levels. If I could get another pair (which I’m REALLY contemplating. ) to mount to the right side of the room. It would be amazing. But I’ve got a couch over there. Which reclines. That would cause issues I think. But. If I EVER figure out how to do it. I’m gonna. These rock!

These are small, so you’re not going to get big sound, but for good background music and not taking up much space, they work well.

These speakers are AWESOME! I cannot begin to tell you the difference these speakers has made for my computer desktop sound system.I purchase the Logitech Z-2300 sound system some years ago. These speaker are far superior than the ones that came my Logitech Z-2300. In summary,when the speakers on my Logitech Z-2300 gave out, I purchase another Logitech sound system and returned it because of the inferior sound quality. I paid $160.00 for that system and was thoroughly disappointed. I compared the specifications of these speakers with those in my local computer store. I noticed that most of the speakers in the store are only about 15-30 watts per channel. These speakers are 100 watt per channel. The watts makes a huge difference.When I finally received these speakers, I used the existing cord that went from my sub woofer to the left and right speakers. Once I had disassembled the old speakers, I cut the wire at the soldering points on the speakers. Once the wires were clipped, I pulled the wire out of the old speaker casing. Then I strip the end of the wires and plug them into these new speakers. The sound is crystal clear. Another thing that I like about these speaker is that I get great sound quality without having to turn the volume all the way up.I spent $28.88 for these speakers. I am very pleased to say the least. There was only one thing that I considered a negative: The exterior of the speakers feel very rough to the touch. You would expect the finish to be smooth. This is only a minor concern. The speakers look great with my existing system and as I already stated, the sound quality is excellent.I hope this review helps you in making your decision to buy.

The sort of mount type given on this speaker is not useful if you plan to use this as a ceiling-mounted Atmos speaker. It is best if they offered a screw hole for mounting.

Wow is what I have to say about these speakers. I ordered these having little faith in how good they were considering the price point. I was blown away how good these were.First off, I was expecting a plastic speaker box, nope solid wood. Pressboard but its wood. Wood vs Plastic.. Wood always has better acoustics. I can turn up the volume up pretty high and I do not get any distortion or any vibrations (as you would with plastic)I bought these to use with a cheap Yamaha S202 basic receiver in my bedroom. Mostly to watch TV in bed at a low volume using the A/B speaker selection so a set of speakers near the head of the bed would activate.I bought two sets of these. One for the front and one for the back. They work perfectly for this application, voices and music are clear and can be heard at low volumes.My only real complaint is that there's virtually no bass at all with these. I don't mind too much with my bedroom TV application, but would not work where music was the primary source (unless you don't listen to music with any bass).But its not really a good complaint because these work fabulous as satellite speakers with a 5.1, you would just need to add a seperate bass kicker.Overall, these are a great buy for price point, and I will probably buy a few more to finish out my 'whole house' audio system and use these speakers in each room.

Don't buy speakers sound ok, after 6 months all 4 speakers don't work. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Delivered 4 days early - Thanks Amazon ! Initially I was underwhelmed by the size of the speakers, actually considered sending them back without unpacking. I am very pleased that I didn't and installed them instead.I set them up as rear surrounds on a fairly small Theater room - approx 5m x 5m with Klipsch 3.1 system at the front - 10" sub, with towers either side of TV. These small units were then set up using the microphone system that most receivers have to determine the best listening volumes. What a surprise. The Acoustic Audio speakers fit in as surround units perfectly (and surprisingly) - They have punch and a great tonal separation for such units. I fully recommend these little powerhouses !

I'm using these two tiny compact speakers for Dolby rear surrounds connected to my marantz cinema 70s av receiver. They are of very good build quality and sound amazing.
