This set is easy to use. It's budget friendly for what you're getting. The attachment is easy to put on and take off. The bar is easy to grip and my hand fits comfortably on the bar. I bought the color purple. The color in the picture is a bit darker that the actual color. But even so, it's a pretty shade of purple. I really like that the weights are square and not round. I live on a boat and don't want this rolling around when I'm working out. I bought a different sent from another selling and I had to return them. They were round and they would roll. The weights were difficult to remove and add. This set is great and user friendly.

These adjustable weight hand bells are well built. The Weights are easy and quick to twist on and off. The main Bar is 2lbs. Each .5 disc snaps securely into place. The grip is comfortable. Great value for the money. Easy to travel with. These are my unicorn adjustable hand weights.

They are super easy to assemble and disassemble, the hold is quite nice too, very comfortable, even more with training gloves. The weight is perfect for starting. The quality is great and for the price super worth it!

I love the idea of adjustable weights — they are both space and weight efficient for people that need to move around a lot (like college students). These are overall wonderful for an effective workout - it’s pretty easy to adjust weights in the middle of a move. There are things that do impact the comfort though: because of the protruding nature of the attached weights, some moves do feel a bit awkward and clumsy to do, and not as easy as regular dumbbells. And because of the plasticky slippery outer shape of the dumbbells, they are also sometimes not as easy for moves such as overhead triceps extensions, when it’s ideal to have two weights sticking overhead together.

This weight set is perfect as it has a variety of weight options and it is easy to add or reduce the weight. It is also nicely made and is comfortable to use. I also like that it packs up to a small space when not in use, which makes it easy to store.

I'm just starting with weights. I'm learning as you get older you need strength training. These are my first go round with weights. I think this us a great starter set. Might not be enough for folks who are into lifting. The plates are easy to remove and put back on. I've already used them and I love them. The handle has a nice firm comfortable grip. I don't feel like they're going to slip out of my hands. The handle is 2 lbs each without any of the plates added. Each plate is 0.5 lbs. I have limited space in my apartment so a dumbell rack was completely out of the question. Easy to store. This is perfect and I think these weights are a great value especially being able to customize them for your needs.

The weights are easy to use and very easy to twist the ends on or off. Easy to switch from a 5 lb weight to smaller weights. I have a cardio class that I attend several times a week and bring them with me. Now I don’t have to stand in line to get weights or worry that they will run out of the size I want. Several other class members saw them and have purchased them as well. I would and have recommended them.
