Exactly what I was looking for. Great for home use. The handle adjustment is smooth and has an indicator to set the weight needed. Use it for squats, curls, shoulders and presses. Great quality. Recommend for anyone wanting adjustable dumbells, at a great price.

I really like these adjustable weights. They are solid and work easy. I looked at a variety of different options before buying these. These are well worth the money.

These dumbbels are easy to adjust but simply turning the handle when it is sitting in the tray. Each weight adds 5lb to the dumbbel. Some of my workouts require 2 different weights (medium & heavy, for example) and this system enables me to pause the workout for a few seconds while I add or remove weight. My only criticism is that the fixed weight at ether end is big. I have small hands and it can be a little uncomfortable doing exercises that require holding 1 dumbbell in 2 hands. But overall, these are well made and do the job well.

These dumbells are great. I own a few different brands and these are my fav. The block style look great and doesnt take up much space. The only thing I would change is if they could come out with one that went up 5lbs each turn instead of 10 like the more expensive bow flex ones and its hard to see the numbers you dialed in so I took a perm marker and filled them and it turned out pretty good. Ill post pics soon and I am looking for a stand they fit on nicely so if I find one Ill post a link.

Really like these dumbells.I've used them in various exercises at varied weight for about 2 weeks now.They feel sturdy and firm.Weight change is also very easy.The only complaint I will make is that on the red dumbells its hard to make out the numbers.I took a white paint marker to them for an easy fix(See pic)

It is very easy to get the weights off and on. the weights are very well made and do not look cheap. I got these as a gift for my husband, so they are the heavier set (goes up to 55 lbs) and he enjoys working out with them. His only critique is that it is a bit of a wide grip. i would recommend. great space saver too.
