Yes to barbells dumbbells bands cords stationary bikes etc. But this piece of equipment makes weight lifting while maintaining form much easier. Sturdy adapts to many positions looks nice and finishes off the home gym. Easy to put together.

Received this bench earlier today and worked out with it. I’m very impressed.The bench was well packaged and arrived in a perfect condition. All the required parts were in the box.The bench was a bit wobbly at first but then I realized the bolts were not fully tightened on the folding part. After I tightened them, the bench very sturdy. So far there’s no issues. I did not test the 600 lb weight capacity but I did test it with 500 lb and the bench felt stable.I live in a small space. I like how you can fold it up easily - it’s a space saver.The colors are striking and really stands out. Would 100% recommend this bench to anyone who’s looking for a bench that’s has good utility and doesn’t take up much space. The bench is great!

Bought this for my boys for their gym. It works great. Really sturdy. Loved the ease of assembly. Perfect height. Adjustable for about any exercise. Plus it can fold for easy storage.

Like the Color/style. Stable, Light weight, easy to move around and adjust. Thin pads, May not be ideal for larger people/serious lifters.

I really like this item! For the price and quality I feel it's a good buy. Not professional grade like a major gym but great for a home gym. The item came perfectly packaged and no damage at all. Even delivered in 1 day! Wish they had more colors to chose from. I'm 6' 200lbs and works great for me.

I really like this bench after I have been using it for about 1 month so far.I bought it because it can manage 1,000 lbs. of weight and it means it is very sturdy and able to take alot of abuse from any type of workout.I read a review that stated the gap between the seat and backrest is too wide for when doing bench pressing and uncomfortable. In this exercise all I do is move up onto the backrest and miss the gap and MY problem is solved.After using the bench in it's many different positions I have found the gap to be just right for the bench to be used to it's full extent.This bench is sturdy and has a very heavy feel to it when moving it around and how it feels when I actually start my workout. It feels solid when I adjust the stabilizers on the back support and know that this bench will not wiggle/move at all.The padding is still new and comfortable as it can be at this time for a workout bench. No idea how long before it gets worn out and uncomfortable tho, only time will tell.I do recommend this bench.
