Bought as a birthday present for my husband. I was worried it would be kinda wobbly but was pleasantly surprised with how sturdy it is! My husband is 6’1†and I’m 5’5†and this has been excellent fit for both of us. Assembly was easy and it’s also pretty compact and not taking up tons of space.

Good and sturdy quality, stable enough as long as you make sure it’s on an even floor, carpet works best. Easy to adjust to do the various exercises but I mostly use it to strengthen my back so I can have a stronger core.It doesn’t occupy much space compared to the other alternatives out there and this is the smallest one I could find that has the right quality. It works for my small space in the basement.Worth a try!

I'm 72 yoa, a former powerlifter, I've had some very heavy duty pieces of equipment, this is well made for what it advertises. My only caution is to those who weigh in excess of my BW which is 220. Easy to assemble though I used my own sockets in lieu of the supplied stamped wrenches. I use it for hyper extension and sit-ups currently.

This is one of the most useful pieces of equipment I have in my gym. I'm 6'1 and this thing works great. Couldn't be happier.

I use this mainly for hypertension and to do preacher curls. I'm 5'8" and this little guy definitely gets the job done. Compact enough that I leave it out, but could easily be tucked away in my closet. Has definitely assisted in my glute gains since purchasing!

I bought this because reviews stated it's versatile for both tall and short. It turns out that it's kind of bad for both. Firstly, the location of the calf stay is too high for shorter people (my 5'2" wife, specifically), causing the pad to press directly onto the muscle, which makes it painful to use. Secondly, when extended to fit me, at 6'2" and 200 lbs, the whole thing simply pried apart within a year.This may be okay for medium-sized people but not for anyone at the extremes.
