Tunning Peg
Tighten the peg and make sure the peg is neither too loose nor too tight.
Tune the strings to G-D-A-E from left to right. Push into the peg gently after tuning.

Tips for Tuning
Adjust the pitch of each string using the pegs.
When you tune, please push the tuning pegs in as you turn it, to make sure the peg is staying wedged in.
Make sure that as you turn the peg the string evenly coils around the peg.
After tuning is complete, make sure that the tailpiece side of the bridge is still properly aligned.
If the bridge is leaning in either direction, slightly loosen the strings and carefully re-align the bridge using both hands.
- Usually when you are tuning a new violin kit, it is possible that you can't stabilize the pitch at a time. When this happens, please take a few more tries. It is quite normal for a new violin.

Returned. Wouldn't stay in tune to save my daughter or her music teacher's life, if it depended on it. Her teacher said the only thing it had going for it was the color. Which is honestly the reason why my daughter wanted this set in the first place, besides value in price, I thought was nice.If I would of had the time and more money- I probably would've kept it. Bought new new strings and violin bow hair too.Pros: All the stuff you get with it, is of value too. It came in a nice carrying bag and lots of space for storage. The stand has its own bag also. Very soft, but beautiful lilac color. Even came with a tuner as shown.Cons: the strings on it and the bow hair.

I took orcersta in highschool and my girlfriend too I bought it for her as a birthday present for what I paid for it I think it's a excellent value the quality is good and comes with everything you will need I do recommend in future to get some better strings and upgrade the bridge and bow and deffently get a good grade rosin but for the price you can't beat it with what it comes with will do for beginners but upgrade when you advance! ☺ï¸

Really wanted to love this violin. It came really well packed and had a lot of stuff with it. Super cute! It has to be tuned every time it's played.

I bought this violin for my daughter for her birthday and I had bought it early and put it back for her. Her birthday was 1 day after the return window so I'm not able to return it so money wasted. The violin doesn't work, the only way it will make any sound is if you press really hard, therefore, shredding the bow. Even then, it doesn't sound right. It was nice that it came with all the accessories but what good is it if she can't even play it. It was a waste of money and I had an upset child on her birthday because the violin doesn't work.

This violin doesn't last long, the strings broke in more than 3 or 4 weeks.
