El producto se ve de buen material y cuenta con todo lo mostrado en la publicaciÃ³n. El estuche es de plÃ¡stico y realicÃ© algunas mediciones, ya venÃa calibrado e hice dos mediciones con un refresco el cual mostrÃ³ los grados brix que indicaba la bebida, tambiÃ©n con una marca de leche pero diÃ³ un valor doble de lo que el empaque decÃa. Si hago otras pruebas las comentarÃ© mÃ¡s adelante.

For maple syrup, I still use a thermometer to get a rough idea of when itâ€™s time to check the brix level. Then I use this tool only. No more messy hydrometer and stainless steel cup to clean. One drop of maple syrup, wipe it after the reading and youâ€™re done. Should have bought more this years ago.

I can't say much about accuracy as I have no reference point, but the chart is easy to read and the calibration is straightforward using water.
