I wanted a second 65' hose reel for airing up tires. I was looking for a lower priced unit that would still work well. This hose reel works just as I hoped. It rewinds easier and quicker than the first, other brand I already had. It was packaged well with heavier cardboard and bubble type wrap for protection. I already had better lag screws to mount with as others have complained about. My only minor complaint is the connector is not the universal type but type m I believe. I simply prefer the universal connectors and had a spare I used instead. They did include teflon tape for the connector. In use, it doesn't leak air and rewinds easily no matter how much or little hose is pulled out. The hose appears to be of good quality and I can see no reason it won't last a long time. I would buy again if needed!

I wasn't familiar to be honest with alot of different models or manufacturers but I am very happy with the purchase of this set up. I rigged it up in the barn/garage and how very handy. Long hose will reach everything inside and it's close to the man door so it even gets to the driveway. Super happy with the functionality of the international retracting reel works spot on so far, just walk up grab it and go. I live in the cold south western state of NY and it's cold in the winter and that hose sill rolls rite up. Fukn badazz. You won't regret it. Ohh drill pilot holes for the lag bolts though guys. I snapped one off going into treated without pilot hole so just sayin.

For the most part, I am very happy with this hose reel. I got a 100' long one, and it is every bit of that, and from what I can tell, it is actually a few feet longer. The hose seems to be nice quality, and the housing is nice too.I have had some issues with it that aren't too major, but if they did not exist, I would definitely have given it a 5 out of 5.The mounting bracket holes are too far apart to mount all four of them to a 2 x 4 stud, so I decided to try the wall anchors that came with it. The anchors pulled out of the wall as soon as I pulled on it. They are not suited for this at all. I read in at least one other review not to use the lag bolts that came with it, so I used my own and didn't mess with these. I ended up using some scrap pieces of wood and mounting them to a stud, and then mounting the reel to the wood (see in photos). I am going to replace what I have with two 2 x 4s anchored to two wall studs, just to be on the safer side.The other issue I have is that I couldn't use a standard wrench to tighten the quick release fitting onto the hose (see in photos). There is not enough space in there, so I am either going to have to buy some narrow wrenches or modify one of my existing wrenches so it will fit. I currently have an air leak at this spot obviously, but that is the only leak. I am happy about that!Overall, definitely a great buy for a hobbyist for airing up tires and using air tools. I would absolutely buy another one if I had to!
