Reviews for this product were high, on Amazon and beyond, but I hesitated to purchase because of the "Frequently Returned" notice. I think I know why. I went through a dozen PDF readers on my Samsung A7 tablet (running Android 13) before I found one that worked with this page-turner. That app was MobileSheets. Not free at $16, but full of features and very well supported (based in info searches I did to figure out its page-advance settings). As for the pedal itself, it is easy to set up, sturdy, and the foot switches are robust and quiet. As others have noted, the switches are stiff, so might be tough to use on a thick carpet, but I'd rather have that than risk accidental presses. Also, I've seen criticism about the page turn delay with this class of pedal, but I think that must be app dependent - going to the next page takes about a half second; scrolling down in landscape mode itakes about a second, in my experience.

The Aitone is much quieter than my previous page turner, which is great when playing with our ensemble.

As a musician using an iPad for my music, this is great. I can flip pages with a stomp of a foot back and forth. Easy to connect via Bluetooth. Great value

Quit working on my iPad after it upgraded to IOS 18, looks like this device is not compatible with Bluetooth 4.2

Ok, but if using Adobe PDF documents the pages do not appear to advance cleanly, only part of a page. Won't work for my needs.

This worked great, right out of the box. I had seen this recommended on YouTube by one of my favorite musicians. Sure enough, it was just as described. Connection to my tablet (Android) couldn't have been easier. It works.

I have another page turner pedal which I've been using for a few years. This AITONE pedal has all the features I need, at 1/3 of the price of what I paid for mine. I use it weekly to display and change pages on a Samsung tablet for musical performances.Features:1) Build quality - just picking this unit up, you can feel that is is solid. It's heavy enough that it won't slide around, and the rubber feet grip the floor or carpet. The switches and pedals don't have a cheap or wobbly feel. It is the perfect size, too. My other unit is much thicker, but this one is slim enough that I can pack it more easily with my tablet and other items for a gig.2) The pedal action is solid, you can clearly feel when they hit bottom, AND the pedals are SILENT!Many of the more pricey pedals use metal button switches which are not only small and harder to find without looking, they are noisy! If you want to a Bluetooth pedal for musical performances, being silent is essential. You won't want a pedal which makes an audible "Click" every time you turn the page.3) Battery. This unit has a rechargeable battery which is charged via an included USB-C cable. I like this. (The charger is not included, but most of us already have plenty of USB power adapters.) My previous unit uses two AA batteries. They have been fine for a couple years, but when it goes, it goes. I like having rechargeable vs AA batteries. Even though swapping batteries is quicker, I won't have to lug spare batteries with me in case my batteries die.The light around the Mode button on the AITONE always shows the battery status, so I'll know well before the battery needs to be recharged. The light is: Green (>60%), Blue (30%-60%), or Red (4) Options/features. This pedal has all the options I've needed. There is a switch to enable auto repeat. There are modes to match whatever action you need to send to an app - page up/down, left/right arrow, up/down arrow, left-click/right-click, and space/enter.This AITONE pedal is priced right, AND is it good! I have always known that these Bluetooth pedals are incredibly over-priced for what they do. Unfortunately, most of the cheaper ones appear to be cheaply made as well. The electronics cost a couple dollars at the most, and the construction and assembly cost a bit more, but most certainly not $50 or above - which still leaves plenty of room for a profit. The one I own is now over $100.
