It's super long but sturdy. It covers my very large drafting table and stays in place with it's cork underside. My table is glass and I needed a Tee that wouldn'd slide down the table when it's at a steep incline. This is it!

The T square is otherwise useful and lightweight, but the thick foam pad on the underside makes it impossible to use with a triangle, which will slip under the edge of the T square and rest against the pad, which is not mounted squarely. I spent half an hour outdoors with Goo Gone and a razor blade to remove the pad, and, like in the old days, placed artist's tape on the back to prevent the T square from slipping. Now it works fine.
