While they look great in the pictures, they are pretty much about useless. They are very small, and big enough to hold around 25-30 foot of 24# cave line (which is the thinner line). I bought these to use as "jump spools" for cave diving, but nowhere big enough imo. Just thought I would share my 2 cents on these. I would not have purchased had I had a concept of how small they really were.

Simple, small, and clips easily to my BC. Holds 50' of line easily. Absolutely fine for most rec diving applications, probably not big enough for wreck penetrations or deep SMB deployments.

This is great for shallow water drift diving. I have about 25' of line on it an it's perfect.
