Looks great in my bathroom! I tried buying several black modern and sleek looking towel warmers from other brands on amazon but they were all faulty. This one works. It does take a little longer to warm up, and is not very hot. But It meets my expectations

We bought this towel warmer a little over two years ago. It stopped heating almost exactly after the 2-year warranty period expired. I contacted the manufacturer because their website says that they repair them. I filled out their online form (since they wouldn't take requests over the phone), and I still have not heard back... days later! I have called them and can't ever get through to anyone. This is a HORRIBLE company to deal with. Do not do business with Amba!! They do not stand by their products, and they have the worst customer service!!!

Although I live in south Florida and we have our 1 week a year cold spell (40-50) degrees it's really nice to have the convenience of having a warm bath towel when stepping out of the shower.

This is a great concept but it doesn’t warm towels very good. My laser thermometer read the bars at 82F after being on for an hour. I had to have electrician install. Cost $1000 wasted.

This towel warmer dries one bath towel, a hand towel and a wash cloth at once. It is nice to have a warm towel when drying my face or getting out of the shower.

I love how sleek and modern it looks but it takes alot longer to warm up than expected. I go in about an hour before I shower and turn it on so I can get out to a warm towel. Also it doesn’t shut off on its own.

But I wish it heated up towels better. It is warm to the touch, but after having the unit on for two days, the towels were still not heated all the way through. We are still experimenting about how best to weave them through the rungs to possibly heat the towels better. We are having a total bath remodel done, so we had our contractor hard wire the unit. There is still the on/off switch at the bottom of the unit, but we leave that on all the time. We had them wire the actual on/off to a wall switch in the pony wall. You can see the switch behind the glass door in the second photo. The heated towel rack is in the "dry" area of the walk-in shower. It steps down into the "wet" area. The glass wall in the wet area is to be installed next week. I checked the stats and in our area, it should only cost pennies a day to leave on all the time. Some of the reviews I read were worried about the cost. So for us, it's worth a few cents to have a warm towel or dry pool towels.
