First of all, I'm not using these for fishing. I am using them to make custom 3spd shifting cables for old Sturmey-Archer 3spd bicycle hubs.These are great, and consistent. Not a single bad one in the lot. The material is sturdy, and crimps well.I would have thought that these crimps were simple enough that any old crimp would be good enough, and I found out the hard way that it wasn't true . I purchased similar crimps by another seller, and had to send them back to Amazon. They were garbage.Buy these and you won't be disappointed.

The sleeves are ok. Same thing you can get at any fishing shop. THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE PICTURE IS MISLEADING!!! It shows 1,000 pieces where the text correctly states 100 pieces. I have seen a LOT of questions about the picture... but it is still there (I can’t help but wondering why ithe picture wasn’t corrected when Someone first pointed out the discrepancy!!!) The sleeves are fine the available crimper works well with the sleeves.
