I bought these to replace the old handle cranks on my Anderson windows because in smaller rooms I felt they took away from space as you couldn’t walk too close to the window without bumping into the handle. These fit perfectly and they open/close the windows just as easily as the longer handled ones did!

I bought this part because my wife wants plantation shutters on the inside. There's not room to do so with the crank that comes with the Windows originally. I'm building custom shutters but they would just stick out too far with the crank. This knob installs quickly, and works fine. It makes it so my shutters do not have to be offset from the window spot. My only complaint is that if you had weak hands it may be difficult to turn because it does not have the leverage. This is not a problem in our house I thought it was worth mentioning. Keeping the mechanism clean and lubricated helps to reduce the effort needed to open and close windows

I really wanted folding handles for my old Anderson windows (to keep them out of the way of the blinds), but the ones I tried either didn't fit the base or were too big and hit the window sill when you turned them. These small ones work perfectly and match the finish on the windows.

I bought these to replace the operator handles on my current set. The weird part was - they didn't seem to fit correctly and I could only tighten them so much. They are for the right model and the turning mechanism is the correct size. I'm not sure what happened here. They fit, tighten ok, but the mechanism from the crank does not fit all the way inside of this, leaving a small bit exposed. I compared them to the set I had on there and they were just a little bit smaller. Quality seemed ok though.

I recently installed blinds on my bathroom awning windows but the handle was interfering with the blind placement. The shorter handle worked perfectly. It’s the same quality as the longer handle. I’m so pleased!
