I purchased this postal flag because for some reason the mail carriers would stuff things into my mailbox and it broke off the piece of the old postal flag that's inside the box and the flag kept falling off when moved up or down. This one doesn't connect that way so there's nothing to break off if they overstuffed the mailbox instead of taking things to your porch. It works well, it gets the attention of the mail carrier because of the bright red. Its beautiful,I love it. It holds up good under different weather wouldn't come off with the glue patches that came with it. Great!!

I finally put this on my mailbox after having it sitting around for 6 months. Hopefully the plastic holds up here in the hot desert, but otherwise it seems pretty good.

I think it has been up a couple of months. Anyway it is still securely attached. This beats having to use concreate nails for attachment.
