1.How often should these be replaced?
It depends on the chemicals and/or particles you breathe. We recommend replacing the filter cotton every 8 hours of work.
2.Are these filter cartridges suitable for 3M6200 respirator?
Our filter cartridge is not only suitable for 3M6200 respirator, but also suitable for 3M6100, 6300, 6800, 6700, 6502QL, 7503/37083(AAD), 7502/37082(AAD), 7501/37081(AAD), 6503QL, 6501QL, etc.

Purchased these to replace the original filters to respirator that my husband ruined by not reading & following the instructions. Thank God the company makes replacements!! My respirator was still in the box as I was setting up my new craft studio still & hadn't started working with resin (reason for the respirator). My husband asked to "borrow" the respirator because he'd ruined his own. I told him that was fine but to make sure he read the instructions as I hadn't had time & my new respirator was different from his old one. He didn't do as I asked him to do & ended up ruining the filters. My studio is almost done & my resin is calling to me so I'm so glad I was able to replace the filters. Lesson learned! NEVER loan your crafting tools to your spouse, dad, or sons -- they DO NOT read instructions or listen very well. LOL!

Needed replacements for my woodworking/sanding respirator and these fit perfectly. I hated having to wash the only pair I had and wait for them to dry before completing my projects. Now I just swap them out.

Not good for automotive paints sprayed 2k automotive clear heavy paint odor was allowed through, okay for sanding and other dusts but not good for vapors
