Hello! I had some concerns after reading reviews that the product might be weak and break easily, but it's actually much sturdier than I expected. If you're worried about that, you can rest assured. Since last Christmas, I’ve developed a taste for eating nuts like walnuts, almonds, and macadamia, and this tool has been really fun to use! I haven’t tried it yet, but I think it would work perfectly for eating lobster or crab as well.

Sometimes the little spring pops out of these crackers but as longs as you don't lose it, you can put it right back in. It doesn't otherwise affects its function. The larger one is definitely better. It's harder to maintain control of the smaller nutcracker, as nuts tend to fly out. The larger walnut cracker is much safer and makes less of a mess. I can also crack hazelnuts in the large cracker. I just put two in at a time, and it works great. Cracks the shell, not the nut.

This has to be the best walnut cracker I have ever used. Works every time. Keeps the shell mostly intact without crushing the nut.

I got these for my mother who has enjoyed using them. They are a good quality product that is easy to use which is important for her as she is not as able bodied as she used to be.

After buying a different single nut cracker and being disappointed in the size - and inability to get any leverage on larger nuts, we ordered this set. Both nutcrackers are more substantial, and make quick work of the task.

It's a nut house here when the holidays arrive. Our nuts needed cracking, and these crackers delivered. Multiple sizes on the two tools, with a perfect pick for pecking out those pesky pecans. The cone-shaped cracker cracks the shells of walnuts, pecans, and Brazil nuts without decimating the delicate delights within. The smaller tool is handy for hazel nuts and almonds. That's the entire bag of holiday nuts where I come from!

Funcionan, pero no son tan resistentes, tal vez con nuez de castilla puede que se rompan se sienten muy frágiles y son incómodos, no los recomiendo.

Trop gros pour noisettes sauvages, ne convient qu'aux avelines du commerce

These contain tiny springs and they like to fly out and missing. It appears the springs are to small for the holes and the is no type of adhesive or fasteners holing them in. The springs also become projectiles when they go fly out, so maybee they should supply safety Eyewear with the nut cracker, also the don't Crack nuts wort a crap.
