Bought this for my spotting scope (Vortex Razor HD) ... It didn't fit...luckily I had an older Diamondback scope it fit and worked fine, so I didnt return it.UPDATE...above was initial review and other than not fitting my intended device I said it worked fine. CS reached out to me me immediately after my posted review and they were AWESOME. After some technical questions about my scope, they sent me an adapter that (full disclosure) I haven't tried yet but is extremely robust and well made (really almost feels like a professional piece of photography/video equipment). So I'm confident it will work just great This was all done at no additional cost to me, it was like they just felt bad that their product didnt meet expectations and really that's what it was. Simply, because of their CS's care and attention to detail they get the most certain 5 star review I've ever posted. Honestly, I've never experienced customer service like this and if most companies would apply even half their care and detail attention they'll excel and online purchasing would be near perfect. Ultimate satisfaction will be met if you're in the market for any of their products.

Description said this would fit iPhone 15 Pro with or without case. So, I have iPhone 15 Pro with OtterBox case. Pretty straightforward. Too tight. Yes, technically it fit, but camera was askew. Returned. Seemed like good design. Sturdy, etc. Quality. Wish it had worked. Little cheapie plastic $5-10 design works more easily. Not sure it will last as well, but at least it is quick, easy, and fits.

It works OK I have an iPhone 16 and it barely fits in this holder because the phone has multiple camera cameras. I guess it’s hard to figure out which camera you have to line the hole up with. I just don’t like it as much as what I thought I would.

I just received this and I’m playing with it. It’s very awkward and difficult to get focused for a good pic. I’ll do an update if I get it to work befter

Used this with my Iphone 14 ProMax. I had to use one of the provided foam pads to get my phone flush inside of it due to the raised lenses on my phone. The first few times took a little fidgeting to get the lens centered but it got real easy after a while. The phone had trouble at certain zoom levels as it seemed like it wanted to use multiple lenses to render the image. We were able to get some great pictures through our Vortex Diamondback 10X42 binoculars after a little experimentation.

Well I received it in one day! With free shipping! Well done Amazon!The adapter is Well made , once you set it up the first time that's it. Holds my Samsung phone with a case on it firmly. The phone can rotate 360*. Very happy with it.

Not a great product.1. Doesn’t grip the eyepiece very well, resulting in the whole thing spinning around2. Cheap plastic. Would be broken in no time.3. Better products out there…metal ones…yeah, they’re more $$$ but worth it.

This thing is pretty cheap. Doesn’t handle a phone in a case well. The phone clamp triggers the side buttons on iPhone. The holder doesn’t accommodate the phone bump on newer phones either. Overall I would not put up with these problems at the $40 price
