So far this works perfectly as advertised. It securly holds the eyepiece and the camera in place. It feels heavy duty, which is great. Do be prepared for the added weight in the back, but you'll find it to be a high quality product! There are no glare or reflections. It gives you the ability to use a larger sensor and regain some focal length, like with a barlow, at a much cheaper cost!

I've had no problems. I have only loaded it with a DSLR, and the attachments appear sufficiently rigid. I have not evaluated whether ther might be some flexure, but I expect the 1 1/4 in focusing tube would be the weak point.

I bought this paired with a 1.25" Telescope Camera T-Adapter for taking magnified pictures through my AWB OneSky telescope. Works great.

I can near focus with my Z50, but no distance more than a quarter mile. That is even after fiddling with it a lot. I couldn't turn the focuser in enough. Cut the outer tube down 1/2 inch and almost had it focusing. I think I think it would have worked if I could have removed the plug in the inner tube so the eyepiece could be lower. No dice, it is extremely well attached. Oh well. Telescope is a Sky Watcher 150p Heritage. It is another part to cannibalize.

Bought this so I can use my sony a6400 on my celestron 130EQ, these telescopes are not made for astro photography BUT with this adapter it makes it very usable so def worth buying if you want to use eyepiece projection.

This is a very nicely made device with a lot of flexibility for either prime focus or eyepiece projection astrophotography. The pieces fit nicely together and I especially like the sliding tube to adjust the camera to eyepiece distance. I am using it with a Sony E T-Ring and a6300 camera on a Televue 85. I did find that for eyepiece projection there was not enough focus range to use it with a 2" diagonal and 1.25" adapter (my usual configuration for this telescope) or directly into the telescope focusser. However, using a 1.25" diagonal resulted in placing the eyepiece and camera at a position that allows it reach focus.

The adapter looks great, the machine shop and paint looks solid and even, so the workmanship is great. The threads are also matching all my scope and my other adapters. The only problem is, it doesn't work for my setting of a celestron 130mm f/5 reflector and a canon t5i. my canon just can't focus with the included pieces. (I have a celestron T-ring already) Until I put a lens from my 2x Barlow onto the prime-focus adapter, I finally was able to get a focus. Then I stopped testing the setup. I don't know whom should I complaint to, but this should be in some sort of information board so people can check that and understand how to do, otherwise, it'll be just a lot of frustration for some people.

it is too narrow for any lense except a basic 1.25" lense. it works but could be better

The adapter is well made. But I tried it with lens projection and my Lumix G85 and it couldn't focus. Had to add a Barlow lens to the assembly which is finally too long to be stable. Had to go prime focus without the complete adaptor. I plan to try it with a short Barlow soon. I would give it 5 * but have to settle to 4.
