Great product. Great Customer service. Called because one of the pins wouldn't lock in. The gentleman explained the pin wasn't even needed. Just make sure it clicks. If the pins come back out, you are not clicked into place. Grey is a great color. They are really a nice product in a time everything is cheap and made in china. Fit on the railing great and I am excited to plant flowers in them. Thanks for your help resolving my issue. I absolutely would recommend this product.

Took a fair amount of head scratching to figure it out, directions less than helpful. However the light bulb went onand it came together quickly. Appears to be both sturdy and tight on the balcony rails. Once I figured out how to adjust the little placket on the back against the railing so it does not tilt, a very snug secure fit. Important because I’m four floors up. It is holding my single pots of lavender nicely, may not bother with dirt. Pots are fairly heavy and there is no sloping off the rail. Will probably order another one.

Really liked the design, color and ease to set up. My issue is that once you load the soil and plants into it, and hang it over the railing, the plastic leveling pull-out bar doesn’t hold. Even though there are notches in it, and they catch, once you slowly pull your hands away and let it hang naturally, the bat slides back in and the whole thing wants to come tumbling down. Actually quite dangerous if there are people below. It’s a shame that piece isn’t made stronger.

This flower box snapped off the railing after a rainy day. It was properly installed and seemed sturdy, and held up for a few days full of soil (and freshly planted seeds, now lost). After a normal rainy day, the mounting arm snapped under the weight and the box spilled everywhere. Not sure I will be trying another mounted flower box unfortunately.

When assembling this I was worried it wasn't going to hold up after I put soil in it. I was wrong for a couple reasons. One, it just did, the arms lock into place nicely. Two, there is a little lever type thing at the bottom that pulls out and helps balance the unit that helps balance everything. Even after a heavy rain storm full of soil it holds fine and can be lifted off and adjusted easily.If I had a complaint it would be their use of instructional stickers. The sticker doesn't come off cleanly. That isn't an issue for the bottom of the pot but it is for the arms which support the pot over the rail. Some sticker residue isn't enough to knock it down from five stars though. It works well and looks nice.

I like this planter because it's adjustable and my deck doesn't have the normal ledge most do.Once you have it attached there is also a support underneath that levels it.I didn't like the stickers that hold the arms in place for shipping. They wouldn't come offI also had one arm that wasn't sitting in place, so I had to use a hammer to get it in place.I also looked up the video because the instructions which are on the sticker's are useless, but most are.
