We first saw this when our SubZero refrigerator was installed and the installer used it to pull it through the kitchen and into the space. So, we purchased one and have used it to move the washer and dryer and some heavy furniture. Really handy and works as expected.

Used this mat to protect my wood floors and help slide my heavy 36" oven out so I can work on it. Worked really well and will be useful for years to come!

You can replace this with a piece of cardboard, maybe. Or a piece of thin plywood, maybe, if you have it. But, this made the appliances slide easily into place and removal pretty easy. I'd rather have one of those "air sleds", but this is way cheaper and easier to transport. All in all, it was worth the cost to me.

I am so happy to have found this item online. Being seniors, it is becoming harder for my husband & I to move large pieces of furniture/appliances.I purchased this mat because we were about to have a new fridge delivered, the instructions for delivery said the the old appliance would need to have been moved from the area where the new refrigerator was to be placed.The delivery man even said that he had been looking for one of the Buddy Movers. He was happy that we had one he could use. It helped him with inserting the refrigerator in quite tight spot.I do think this item was a little pricey otherwise I am very happy to have it.

It worked well for us to move a wash machine out of a small laundry room. It's worth the money since it protected our vinyl floor and saved our backs.

I replaced my old refrigerator to make way for my new refrigerator. The Appliance Buddy more than long and wide enough to move the old unit off my old sheet vinyl floor. It will come in handy if and when I replace my old kitchen flooring and the new refrigerator and range can be moved easily. I am glad it helped the Best Buy delivery men used it make way for the new arrivals. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

This was not useful and actually made moving my refrigerator worse. It did not help with sliding the refrigerator out so we weren’t even able to use, but left such indentations I’d be afraid to use it for fear it would tear through and damage flooring. I’m throwing it out…TOTAL waste of money in our case.

I was surprised by how quickly and easily we were able to move a large freezer, full of food. I just needed help with someone sliding the Appliance Buddy under one side of the freezer while I lifted it just a bit but other than that, once it was under two feet on one side, I was able to pull the heavy appliance to just where I needed it to be. Overall, I am happy to have made this purchase.
