Perfect fit for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma. I’d buy again, but hope I don’t have to!

The drive shaft lasted less than a year and a half. Within 18 months I started getting a bad vibration when driving my vehicle. I had it checked out, and the mechanic concluded that it was the driveshaft that needed replacing. The last time I had that job done, it lasted for over 10 years. This piece of garbage didn't come close to making 2 years. I looked at shaft once it was pulled out, and it was already rusting. That is on top of the Yoke breaking and the overall mechanism falling apart. BUYER BEWARE- this is not a good product for any vehicle. I had to buy another driveshaft to replace this one AND PAY FOR THE LABOR AGAIN. I noticed on the website that they had about 28,000 5 star reviews. Really? For reference- I drive a Totoya Tocama. I sincerely hope this helps someone avoid the sorrow and costs I have incurred.John

I have had it in the truck for about 200 miles no vibrations. fit perfect! EXCEPT... The flange where it bolts up to the trans, studs on flange, of the out put shaft flange, are just a little short. Because the flange on the drive shaft is thicker! ( you will need to leave the flat washers off and use lock tight) It is not an exact copy of the OEM. but seems to work well. I WISH THE U JOINTS HAD GREASE FITTINGS!!I would like to know what the Universal joint number is?????MAKE SURE YOU MEASURE YOUR SHAFT FROM FRLANGE OF TRANS TO REAR DIFF FLANGE!!

Insert the fwd shaft first and then slightly bolt in the middle drive shaft center and you’ll come up 3” short on the rear shaft. Slightly pull the rear to extend the shaft to connect the rear to the differential. Tighten the middle to secure the center.

After installing the new driveshaft, the rear end had a heavy vibration around 30- 40mph. Further inspection found all u- joints in phase so that means the driveshaft was improperly balanced. Returned the faulty driveshaft out of disappointment.

I was skeptical about buying this at first because it was off amazon but the dealership wanted way too much money for this part. So I went ahead and ordered it and sent to my mechanic for repair on our 2001 Toyota Tacoma. It left it sounding like new. It was at the same quality as the dealership part. I am happy with my purchase!
