This is a quality handle, wasn't difficult to install (YouTube search shows you exactly how to do it) and it works fine once installed.However, it is slightly thicker (vertically) than the stock handle by maybe 1/8 of an inch. You can feel it in your hand, but you would only know it if you open one door then open this handle. It's fine, and again, it works. I'm happy with it.

Well this would be my 2nd time replacing a door handle on our Suburban on the passenger rear side as well. The 1st was the more expensive Dorman Brand that was black to replace our stock chrome handle that had broken where it catches onto the latch to open the door... Same thing ended up happening to the Dorman Brand after a few years. Hope this 1 will last longer. Pull much easier it seems & love the smoothness on the inside of the handle.

The handle is very sturdy and feels better than the original. It doesn’t flex when used like another type that I installed previously. Would buy again.
