I ordered the wrong size filter replacements for our caraffe syle AquaTru system in February, did not realize it until late May so the Amazon return window has expired. I contacted this company direct through their website and they were able to take my return with an Amazon credit refund, also sending me a shipping label to send back the wrong filters. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!! By the way, love our AquaTru filter system in our home and traveling with our RV!

I received these filters on May 14, 2024, and replaced the old ones. The blue filter still had the light off, so I replaced the yellow and green ones. However, today, October 1, the indicator light came on for all filters, prompting me to replace them. It hasn't even been four months since the last replacement—what could be the issue? Is this a defective product, or is Aquatru just a scam? I was very happy to have clean water every day since I purchased this carafe last year, but now I’m really disappointed.

These were exactly what I needed for our aquatru counter top caraffe filter! I'm so glad they sell them in 1 year packs like this so I can buy in bulk for cheaper and still have drinking water on hand when one ultimately expires.

Exact replacement needed for my Aquatru Carafe system. This system easily goes 6 months for the first filters with constant use. After replacing, system runs quickly and tastes like brand new.Do not drink tap water even if it’s deemed safe by your local water treatment center. This system will ensure the safety of public water to be consumed.
