Great mailbox! Simple, sleek and functional. Very easy to install. I needed something narrow because I only had less than 10 inches of width of wall to work with. This mailbox is the perfect size for smaller spaces. I also bought a mailbox flag to go with it, and they look great and work great together.

Very happy overall with this mailbox. It is well priced and was delivered quickly. It seems well made. I would possibly caution that for some people this may not be large enough. It will hold most letters even A4 size if they can be folded a bit - not completed creased and folded just sort of curved in half. I think for most letters, envelopes and small packages it is perfect. Looks really good on outside of house next to the door. I would buy this again.

I was looking for a small mailbox to fit on this column. This was the smallest size I could find that could still fit letters inside. It came with mounting hardware, however, I didn't want to drill holes so I used outdoor command strips and it is holding great so far. You can fit most pieces of mail inside, although, magazines may be too large unless you leave the lid open. Which in this case, is fine because it is under a roof.So far, so good. I'll see how it holds up over the next year!

After 45 years of being used by idiots to pull themselves up the last step into the house, our old mailbox had sheared away from its mounting bolts, fallen apart, and needed replacement. I liked this one because it had about the same internal volume as our old mailbox but was “vertical†rather than “horizontalâ€. When it arrived I discovered it was much lighter than our old mailbox – good! The brick onto which I wanted to install it was very tough so I had to hire someone to install it, actually two guys who had to use four hands, power tools, and a lot of body weight to drill into the brick, there was no way I could have done it myself but that’s not the fault of this mailbox. The box came with all the hardware needed to install it and I imagine that doing so is pretty trivial on most wall surfaces.

Smaller than most of mail. When I get home from work my mail is usually hanging out of it getting rained on. Should of got a little bigger box. Will work for postcards if they still sell them.

I'm an artist. I bought this mailbox so I could paint on it for a friend of mine. It was the right size and it holds colour really well if that's something you're looking for.. if not, it's still a really nice sleek black mailbox. Definitely worth it!
