What can I say, this ArcOne is a great product! No cheap stuff here! It fits my Huntsman 430-P flip up hood perfect and works great out of the box. Amazon hits it out of the ball park again.Two day shipping and received it at 1:30 pm on the second day. Packaged great in box with air pillows. Thanks!

I purchased this awhile ago because my instructor had one and recommended it. I absolutely like it. It’s clear and adjust very well. It fit well on my sugar scoop. I recommend it to others

Works for any arc welding but this lens doesn’t cut out when tig welding like the others and it’s super clear. It stays dark even welding lower amp sanitary 0.065 wall stainless. Nice even clarity, no shadows or dark spots like some of the cheaper lenses.I use a dremel tool to cut out clearance holes in the clear lens on the inside to access the two function buttons. Bit of a pain, would be nice if ya could just buy the clears to fit the buttons

I know the product is worth the money and shipping was prompt, but received two which were both damaged upon delivery, hair line crack in lenses. Needs better care and now I can't even get the product I want for the price. Could try the s240, which is in stock but afraid may have same problem. Disappointed...

Pros:1. the girding feature works well and is extremity handy2. The delay is great for applications that I did not expect to be able to use it for. such as carbon ark gouging.Cons: none of these cons are due to a defective product or lack of quality.1: Cant place a protective cover lens on back side without drilling access holes in the cover lens2: My Honeywell Pipliner retainer clip smashes it breaking the SS240 casing pressing on the controls even when not directly pressing on the buttons. be cairfull not the let retainer clips go a smack the SS240 or any auto darkening insert.3. the 10.5 shade my be to dark to your work.I would buy again but I want a shade 9 with these features. : (

2 and a half weeks into using it and the auto darkening settings began to malfunction.The lens would have a terrible delay when I strike an arc. Also the lens would go dark because of the sunlight, so I was basically using a fixed shade.When it was working, it was great. The auto darkening was excellent and I could easily see my puddle. Unfortunately it stopped working too soon. Also, I did not drop my hood or hit against anything that may possibly cause damage to the lens.

This lens is top of the line. It took me a little while to get used to using an auto lens but now it is the only one I want to use. I did have a little bit of trouble with it flashing me when using a mig gun if I was welding on very light gauge material and not holding the trigger constant. I believe that was because I had the grind delay setting set to lighten quickly and had the sensitivity turned off. I have used the lens in a couple of different hoods and havent noticed any problems. If you are using a pancake running 7018 the 10.5 may be a little light. It is for me but not so bad that it blinds you or flashes you. It just seems to bright inside in a pancake. I will be looking for a good deal on another one maybe a half a shade darker.

Used with a fibre metal pipeliner hood.Light enough to wear sunglasses to make it seem like a shade 11. When u are a jetweld and tig it does turn on unless ur 6 inch close to the arc inside. Grind delay is ok.Don't get how the sensitivity works. The lens was a good starter for an auto dark lens.

Really like the definition and contrast of this lens. I'm 60 and my vision isn't great anymore. this lens helps a lot

Good lens its clear( i perfer it over my 9002x speed glass) i do wish it was a shade lighter though for when i tig stainless. But also getting older and eyes are not what they use to be. Also could probably live with out the grind button

They don’t like the cold that’s for sure....the non HD is much better in the winter but this one is fantastic in the summer or in a warm area
