I had to buy this because my roaster ended up broken. I'm not even mad I had to buy it... it's great! It fits a BIG turkey, and cooked it PERFECT. Getting the turkey out was a bit tricky but, that was probably a me problem. Easy to use, cooks great, and I didn't burn myself even once with it. Highly recommend.

Works great. If you want the self basting to work seems as if you need to have it 300 or below. Easy to clean. There was no icky new smell to it, so that is a plus. Cook time is great. I haven't tried toasting in it yet, but without doing so, I bet it will do great. I did like that you can put the lid on the side instead of putting it on the counter or sink. I'd definitely buy again if I needed to.

I use this primarily to hold briskets at about 150f temps after pulling from a smoker. The only concern is how hot it gets on the outside but it's primarily stationary so movement doesn't come into play that often. It would be nice if there was an additional outer layer to make accidental touches less concerning. At least it does the job of holding a temp for hours. It was cheap

Just cooked an 16lb (cook from frozen stuffed Turkey) in 5hrs, which would take me 6 - 6 1/2 hours in my oven. Cooked to perfection (180 degrees bird temp), moist meat and golden brown skin. Love it

This was an American product so I had to buy a amp converter, then it just kept on cutting out.

I bought this roaster oven to use in Australia, I knew I needed a step down converter. It stopped working half way through roasting down tomatoes. So maybe if your a Aussie that wants to buy it just be mindful that the same may happen. I was so excited to receive it and do big batch cooking but it wasn't to be and to much of a hassle and probably cost to return back to the states.
