Purchased this for my son to have a drum at home for beginning band. I didn’t want him packing a drum back and forth. It’s served it’s purpose well. Love having the case for easy transport. It doesn’t have the sounds of his higher quality snare but for practice it works great. Nice little stand with it is very sturdy.

I don't see any reason not to buy this one.I'm not a drummer. I just bought it to fill out some drum sounds I programmed electronically. I can do a drum roll and keep tempo. But I'm not going to be able to tell you much about the more advanced playability or tonal qualities of this thing. It feels and sounds like every snare drum I've ever played.To me it's just what I wanted. With the stand, the carrying case, the drum mute, two sticks, and a strap, it's a steal.I was looking for a snare to play for relatively cheap, and this does the trick. I really like it.I'll update if it does something unexpected, like completely fall apart or something. But until that happens I'm really happy to have this.

I bought this snare drum to practice for band to get beats right, it works well and there's really no problems other than it being echoey. Otherwise, great product and I recommend it.

I like the color red it matches my LP Bongos, sticks, stand, pad to practice when I need to need to learn some new songs, I'm not a trap drummer, I play Latina percussion, and many brass also. I bought this to add to my electric set as it was impossible to use brushes or get a rim shot on my electric set. This drum when I first set it up was very bongey like and no snare sound however upon tightening the clear bottom head and tighening the snares a bit more it has turned out to be just what I wanted. The stand is a bit light, however I am not go to be go on the road with it and it works just great for me at this time. The case and sticks is a added bonus and the drum [black sparkle] looks great with my electro set. Just about have it all set now with adding my 20 Zildian ride and this snare, now just need a good hi hat, but in good time.
