These scrubbers only last about 17-10 days. Polaris OEM scrubbers last 15-20 days. May save money on cost, but not on durability.

So I received a flat envelope with a vac bag that was about 10" x 8" X 1/4" thick. I was wondering if Amazon had made a mistake. Then I took a closer look. The scrubbers came as a sheet that is vacuum packed. How clever to save on packing and shipping. The package gives 3 methods to allow the scrubber to take their functioning shape. I opted for the 3rd method which is to unseal and let them expand on their own. They have all expanded and are ready for use after about 48 hours at room temp. Faster if you put them in the sun, heat with a hairdryer, or place in warm water.

For the price and quantity these are decent for the polaris. The first one we put no kinda dissolved/broke apart within a month or so, but the second one since has been lasting longer. I'll update the review later if it continues to last longer to 5 start.Putting these on the tail of the cleaner is pretty easy. I found it easiest to put your thumb in the side you are going to push over the tail first to stretch it a little, then you can wiggle it on over the tail.Also the instructions give you a number of ways to brings this back from being squished in the package, I found if it is the very first one you use, a quick blowing of a hair dryer brings it back to shape quickly, otherwise by the time I used the second one it was already fully expanded and in shape from the vacuum on the package being removed. Thinking about it now, perhaps just letting the first one bounce back to shape without using the hair dryer may have made it last longer?

These are good replacements for the Polaris ones.

they come flat in vacuum packed bag. but they expand if you follow the instructions. the pebbletech finish on the pool kind of eats them up, so you have to be ready to replace them, but they do keep things swept up.

The vacuum packaging of these pool sweep tail scrubbers crushes them to little more than 1/8 inch in thickness. There are elaborate instructions telling you how to "restore" them using a hair dryer. There's no guarantee they'll be as wide and friction-resistant as the original equipment parts, if you're able to "restore" them.The cost saving isn't worth it. For me, these were an immediate return purchase.

These are great replacements for your Polaris cleaner. They do not last as long as the Polaris brand, but the cost makes up for the diminished quality and you get so many that it's okay if you have to replace them sooner than the Polaris brand.

Package arrived completely flat and the scrubbers were air sealed. Instructions said to use a hair dryer and magically the scrubbers grew to their full size. Pretty cool and replacement was simple.

Arrived in quick time. Fitted my Polaris 280 with no problems and while early days seems to not be wearing out too quickly.

This replaceable foam sleeve slips over the free end of a short hose that is attached to a Polaris 3900 Sport automatic swimming pool cleaner. This foam sleeve scours the bottom and sides of the swimming pool when the pressurized water in the hose attached to the Polaris 3900 Sport sprays out of the free end of the hose causing the hose to "wag" back and forth similar in motion to a dog's tail. The Polaris 3900 Sport is completely submerged under the water and powered by a much longer hose. This hose is attached to a threaded fitting in the swimming pool wall. Underground plumbing pipes feed pressurized water from a dedicated Polaris water pump to the fitting through the long hose and to the Polaris 3900 Sport.

Was very happy with the quality of the this part. There were cheaper alternatives available, but I chose the product wit the most reviews and was willing to pay more the quality.
