The three levels of filtration consist of a six quart HEPA bag, HEPA exhaust filter, and foam premotor filter. The HEPA bag helps capture particles such as pollen, pet dander, and dust mites. This vacuum picks up much better than I expected. Yes the parts are plastic, but I think if I take care of them, they will be fine. The only negative thing is it is loud.I purchased the two-year warranty for protection, but I don’t think I will need it.

The suction power on this one is great but as with most vacuums today the attachments and hose are cheaply made. It is supposed to stay together withh friction so the attachment is stuck on and the one to the handle falls off. The strip on the attachment meant to keep it from scratching the floor wore off pretty quickly. And what's most annoying is it doesn't roll well, it tips on its side or upside down and actually pulls easier that way. However, I like that the bag installs easily the cord is longer than most others and it has good suction. Probably will not buy it again though.

My friend suggested this one and I bought. It’s perfect for the entire house. It’s strong, fast. It does what is supposed to do very well!! The noise is ok,you can control the speed and noise. The cord length is long enough.

Burned up after about 15 minutes cumulative total use. Motor started sparking and arcing and smelled of an electrical fire. It's a vacuum and I was vacuuming, nothing unusual or out of the ordinary as far as use. Something else I noticed, even after very little use the hepa filter was pretty dirty, the hepa filter stopped the dirt but it seems like the bags for this machine don't do a particularly good job of stopping dust from going through. I really wanted this to work, it's difficult to find 12 amp vacuums and no matter what the manufacturers say, amperage matters! Unfortunately it doesn't if the machine doesn't work.

Wow, this thing has some suction! With the long working element/hose it cleans under things a normal upright won't reach plus with the attachments you can get into those hard-to-reach places. We live in a two story and it's great for cleaning the steps and has an attachment for hardwood floors. A good buy.

Right out of the packing carton and am sold on this vacuum. The adjustments are awesome. Sucking power is beyond belief. Don't put this on your body, it will hickey to extreme. Is a wonderful vacuum. Will get rid of my last Oreck upright now! Could never find one to compare but had to have attachments. Had a Oreck cannister long ago but it did not suck up animal hair, like the bowling ball advertisements of old. This one will suck up any and all items.

They have improved the hose to cannister connector over what was offered 2+ years ago when I last bought one. Like the suction, a bit noisy. Bought a new vacuum because the old hose was melted and very expensive with shipping to replace... for a few bucks more got a whole new setup.

I like the vacuum very much . Good suction . And can adjust suction high or low . I love the telescope extension bar. I think the plastic could of been better quality. But I do like it a lot . It comes in portable or a little larger one
