I do word puzzles daily so having a pencil sharpener handy that doesn't drop shavings is critical. These are colorful, hold shavings until you empty, and can process 2 diameters. I gave many away since the sharp blades were sought by friends who color, kids who do art and school, eye pencil lovers and neatniks everywhere.

It is hard to find pencil sharpeners. That are in its own case, as I do, Suzuko when I go to the clinic to help pass the time of day.

These sharpeners are typical to what you may find in a dollar store, but they are only for a once-a year event use. One sharpener was smashed beyond use, so I did lose a little on my purchase. May update my post once my event is over and I hear of how well they held up.
