this little machine has been so helpful with my husbands job with locating leaks that you can no see with the naked eye. It also is very compact and easy to put up while in use. You can hang it on the latch hook while in use. This has made locating those pesky leaks a breeze. its not just for one kind of leak it is for many different kinds and it is well built and i will definitely recommend this to any mechanic because it isn't just helpful it is also very cost efficient and easy on the wallet/budget.

I got this one because it came with the bottle of smoking oil. Which appears to be refined mineral oil. Anyway, this came with instructions, all the parts, accessories, tube, and adjusting tool. Works awesome. I was trying to find a EVAP leak. I connected it at the purge control solenoid. Turned the ignition on, without starting, to close the bypass solenoid, and turned the smoke machine on. In about 60 seconds, smoke came pouring out. The system is supposed to be closed so you can find the leak. I opened the gas filler cap, and nothing came out. Then I saw smoke coming from the top of the fuel tank. Bingo. Thats where the leak is.Again, this kit comes with everything you need to start using it immediately.

I couldn’t be happier with this smoke detector its use is straightforward, and the device generates a decent amount of smoke although sometimes the smoke stops and the liquid just spits. Overall its great and help me to diagnosis an evap leak.

I used it to find my EVAP leak on a Didge Challenger . It worked perfect. The pressure is max 1psi ( do not use more than 1 psi !) perfect for such troubleshooting. The liquid smoke is way more than enough , been sufficient 1/2of a load only . All you need is inside. Five star !!

For the price great machine tester. Great customer service online from manufacture they will help you a lot. They will send you limks how to use smoke machine very easy to understand. The manufacture stand by there warantee , they ship you out new parts never cost me nothing. Great company & fast shipping . I tried the machine works great .I purchase another item from same company great qaulity & price gas tank adaptor. Worked very easy.

Used it to find slow leak light. Used the tool to remove the Schrader, adapter fit, good smoke volume, found leak at fuel fill, not the cap. I didn't like the too few threads on the very hard hook so shortened the lock pawl and cut more threads now secure. My daughter paid $140 to have a smoke test for a hard start problem.
