I'm getting ready for a big hiking trip and added this to my regular walks to build up some stamina. Actually a very enjoyable addition. Not too much weight for my 5'1" frame. I realized it helped with my posture too since the weight is mostly in the back.

I really wanted to like this weighted jacket, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. The chemical smell was overwhelming right out of the box. I let it air out for a few days, but the odor lingered. It actually got stronger when I started running :( I think its probably because my body heat pushed out the trapped odor, making it even worse. Maybe I’m just too sensitive, but I simply couldn’t bear it. Another major issue is the size and fit. It’s smaller than expected, and the adjustable strap isn’t very flexible. I’m petite, yet it still felt uncomfortably tight when putting it on. I can’t imagine how someone with a larger build would manage.The material feels stiff and cheap, not what I expected for the price. It’s as if I’m carrying a rigid box on my back. I understand the added weight, but it shouldn’t have to be this uncomfortable. Really disappointed.

As advertised. Feels like strong quality. Appreciated the supplier reaching out ahead of time for some tips on use and the smell, which I didn’t not find overpowering like some did. Fits snug, however as a small statured lady I could have used it to go a tiny bit tighter but not a deal breaker.Like the loops to hang keys on or thread earphone wires through and the phone pouch is a nice added bonus.

I like what I've read and heard regarding the variety of potential benefits that a weighted vest may offer. Because my work as a gardener/landscaper involves physical labor, making efforts to help maintain muscle strength, bone strength and flexibility is something that's quite important to me. It's also necessary, so that I'm able to continue doing this type of work. And I'm confident that this weighted vest can help me with those goals. I'm aiming to get into the habit of using it several times a week while going for walks around my neighborhood. Thanks to the adjustable strap this vest fits me fairly well. And I love the fact that as well as helping me with my exercise goals, wearing it has also made me aware that I need to improve my posture. I also appreciate the fact that there is a section in the back of the vest in which I can carry my keys and my phone. I like this vest, and I recommend it.

un bon moyen de se maintenir en forme et perdre du poidsCe gilet de sports est assez génial il permet de perdre du poids facilement, et il y est esthétique, j'ai pris le violet lilas qui offre une couleurs magnifique, on peut mettre des petits objets comme le portable qui a son étui à scratcher, ainsi que ses clés, une thermo, ou un léger coupe vente dans le filet au dos car on ne sait jamais le temps peut changer.Je suis une petite femme et j'ai pris celui de 10 lb soit 4.5 kg comme c'était recommandé pour mon poids (prendre entre 8 à 20 % maxi de son poids) mais c'est un peu lourd, je vais reprendre un second du poids en dessous pour m'habituer et me muscler, et je reviens sur celui de 10 lb dès que possible.Très belle qualité.L’ajustement est assez simple grâce aux sangles réglables, mais il faut bien serrer pour éviter qu’il ne bouge trop. Le poids est bien réparti et le sable de fer reste en place, ce qui est un bon point pour les exercices dynamiques. Pas de gêne pendant la course. Très bon rapport qualité prix imbattable

Das Päckchen, das geliefert wurde wirkte ziemlich schwer. Naja, das soll es ja auch sein.Die Weste kann man beim Sport wie z.B. im Fitnessstudio, beim Yoga oder bei Aerobic-Übungen anlegen, damit einem alles NOCH schwerer fällt und sich der Trainigseffekt dadurch verstärkt. Ich denke aber, dass man das z.B. auch beim Treppensteigen oder beim Spazierengehen oder beim Wandern anlegen kann.Das Teil lässt sich einfach anlegen, etwa so, wie eine normale Kleidungsweste. Dann clipst man einfach vorne den Gurt zu und stellt diesen auf sich ein. Nicht zu eng machen, man will ja auch noch (gerade beim Sport) atmen.Wenn man das Ding angelegt hat, ist es auf einmal gar nicht mehr so schwer. Aber es ist schwer genug, dass man es spürt.Es fühlt sich kühl an, aber es legt sich gut um die obere Rückenpartie. Also bei mir ist das jedenfalls so. Ich weiß jetzt nicht, ob das jeder so empfindet. Ich finde es jedenfalls angenehm und es drückt nichts oder so.Auch das Material fühlt sich gut an. Es wirkt hochwertig.Da ist dann auch noch eine kleine Tasche mit dabei, die man an der Weste anbringen kann. Da passen dann das Handy und vielleicht noch ein Schlüssel oder ein paar Eiweißriegel oder so hinein.Ich selbst habe jetzt nicht wirklich die kräftigsten Beine. Da tut mir so ein leichtes Training damit ganz gut. Ich glaube auch, dass das den Rücken mittrainert und so gut ist für die Körperstabilität und das Gleichgewicht. Jedenfalls ist die Gewichtsweste ist mit Eisensand gefüllt, eine Füllung, die für eine stabile Gewichtsverteilung sorgt.Ich habe sogar den Eindruck, dass das Ding meine unattraktive Körperhaltung verbessert. Es zieht die Schultern leicht nach hinten. Mir soll es recht sein. Aber vielleicht bilde ich mir das auch nur ein.Wenn man das Teil eine Weile getragen hat und dann ablegt, fühlt man sich auf einmal richtig leicht. Man hat fast das Bedürfnis, dass das noch schwerer sein dürfte. Aber man will ja auch nicht übertreiben :-)Ich finde, das ist eine gute Idee. Gefällt mir.

Arriva già pronto per essere indossato ed utilizzato. L'ho trovato molto comodo sia da mettere che da indossato perché il peso è ben distribuito e bilanciato. Una volta messo su basta attaccare la cinghia e stringerla in base alle misure personali. Molto comoda la tasca posteriore che consente di portare cellulare o chiavi senza preoccuparsi di avere pantaloncini con le tasche, in più nella confezione si trova un astuccio che può essere usato a sua volta per trasportare oggetti assicurandolo al braccio con la fascia. In definitiva si tratta di un gilet zavorrato ben costruito e comodo da utilizzare, ottimo compagno per allenamenti a corpo libero o corsa

El chaleco esta construido para ser resistente.🔸Lleva un peso predeterminado, asà que no se puede variar. Ya viene lleno de algún tipo de arena o sÃlice y el peso no se puede variar. Es algo que hubiese agradecido para poder en ciertos ejercicios añadir o quitar peso.Mi modelo es de camuflaje, nada resultón la verdad que me gusta.🔹Soy corredor y no me lo pondrÃa nunca para correr, al ser de una fabricación robusta debe de hacer unas rozaduras de miedo.
