The tool works well for proofing and baking. No complaints at all. Just expect the bread to stick a bit after you bake.

Nothing to dislike. I had one that had 2 wider baking trays, I gave it to a friend, intending to replace it but it was no longer available on Amazon. So this does work well, just a narrower loaf.
