Quality is really nice and I love the color. It is nice and lightweight as well. So much space inside and lots of compartments for organization! I bought this to store my daughter’s important birth documents and keepsakes as well as her baby book and some printed photos, and all fit perfect with room to spare! Great value for the cost and easy to set the combination as well as lock/unlock with the right code! I have a heavy hard fire box for my and my husband’s documents, but after receiving this item may order another and make a switch!

I didn’t think it will hold a lot of my documents but it did. It is worth the money and size. The zipper is quality with built ease too transport. I can storage a lot of paper.

I haven’t had afire or flood damage so that part of the box I don’t know however, the box is easy to use with plenty of space to hold lots of important documents.
