Provides a great full body workout at home. Really easy to use and set up. Comes with some attachments to enhance the workout. I love how easy it is to store and travel with. Does not take up much space at all and can even fit right into a suitcase or duffel bag. Also is pretty lightweight. Overall a great product to add to your home gym without spending a ton of money!

This is a great little "machine" to own. Curl with the bar, ab roller, push ups and many other things. However I was a little disappointed with a few things. First off the complete and blatant lie of store everything on the bottom. Not a single thing is big enough to stay in place. It just moves around and if you were to attempt to flip it over everything will fall out. So it comes with a bag for your storage of all the parts. The main reason I bought this was for small storage. Turns out that isn't going to happen. Now the bag isn't big but it isn't as described either. Some would call that false advertisement. Especially since it says it on the box even. Now it is great regardless of all that, but as you can see in the photos. The grips are tiny and meant for someone smaller such as a woman. The entire time it grips and rips the meat off my hands. Again it's great, easy to use and serves it's purpose. Just had a few downsides i wish I had known about prior but there were zero reviews on the orange model. Hope this helps

Got this over a month ago. It is extremely light weight, folds into half and sturdy. Good upper body workout including arms , trunk , torso and abs.With different variations, it challenges the same group of muscles in different ways.If you are a gym rat, it is easy to pack and travel with it in your bagpack or carryin.
