How to Use Bread Proofing Basket?
- Flour the brotform then place the kneaded dough in the basket until it rises.
- After dough has risen, take dough out of basket and transfer it onto a baking sheet for the oven.
- Please Remember that with dough many things effect the rise: weather, yeast quality, and flour types can effect the rise.

Bought these to complement the proofing kit I bought and these baskets are multipurpose. They can be used for proofing or even for serving bread as a serving basket. Its very sturdy and well made. Its well finished and looks appealing due to which it can become presentable as multi purpose. The size is decent and its easy to just take of the cloth to clean.

This basket is so cute. Well built for making doughs. Or, you can put miscellaneous stuff for kitchen or foyer! I am thinking to get another set as a gift for my friend. It is not a big size basket so be aware but big enough for a regular size dough.

The banneton isn't as large as expected. One of the photos of the item shows a banneton with the dimensions overlaid on it. From this you would assume that the length of 10 inches in measured on the inside of the banneton. it is not! There is debate over which is correct when measuring bannetons, whether inside or outside dimensions should be used. A more useful way of describing how big a banneton is would be to give the minimum and maximum dough weights they can hold. As far as the quality goes, I am pleased with how they are made.

I needed new bannetons and these are perfect! They work just as good as my old ones and they are a game changer with baking bread. It really sucks to do it without them. They make it so much easier. These are perfect size and a good price!

I use these baskets for sourdough overnight proofing in the fridge.The dough never attaches to the liner. I machine wash the liners after each use and they do not lose strength.
