I like this kit. It has a lot of necessary pieces, and the whisk is sturdy and easy to use. However, the baskets are almost impossible to use. No matter how much flouring or spraying, the dough sticks. I've tried multiple times in multiple environments and temperatures, and each time, the dough sticks so badly that the loaf loses its shape and ends up falling flat, which is super frustrating. I've tried with and without the liners, as well, and it still ends up a bummer.

This bread making kit comes with everything I need to make the perfect dough. It has the most cutest silicone mat that can be placed to roll the dough on it. The basket is good quality and doesn’t ruin even after few uses. The blades are very sharp help to cute and shape the designs easily. Overall I really liked the quality and everything comes with it

My wife wanted to start sourdough and obviously needs to be with this kit, so we got it.I am now rapidly gaining weight and it was worth it.She says it's sturdy and really aesthetic so would recommend
