The baskets are well constructed and come with a cloth cover. I like the quality of the materials. Have Mede bread several times and the item has worked beautifully. Must clean it and let dry completely after each use but hat is not a problem.

I wanted just the banneton bowls as I had the other accessories. These are perfect for my large sourdough loaves. I especially liked the information that came with the set-very helpful! The only part I didn’t like was the material that the liner was made of. It doesn’t release the flour (hardened from the moisture in the dough) even when dry so I need to wash them often after one use. I’ll be buying some more liners to use instead, but this is minor in my opinion. I would recommend this set!

Perfectly functional bannetons for something like sourdough or artisan loaves. A little on the small side, so despite getting two for your money, you may want to go up a size if you plan on doing larger bakes (any more than 500g of flour content per banneton would be a bit too much for an artisan loaf).It's a good fit for the dutch oven baking method, and once you get your procedure figured out, you'll find that the results are visually pleasing.If you are going to cold proof in the fridge, I'd recommend wrapping the whole thing in a large plastic bag, trapping the air inside, and tying it off at the end. This prevents the boule from drying out overnight through the basket, since the cane can absorb a ton of moisture.

Perfect size and a great price for two bannetons. Nice with the liner in or out. Bread doesn’t stick as long as you flour it. I’ve used both rice flour and regular bread flour and had no problems with sticking.

The liner works well after a dusting of flour. Bread came out perfectly formed and ready to bake.

Great buy! They come with cloth & just need to flower before you put dough in I fabric & they still fit the banneton

I was excited when they arrived but had a horrible smell out of the package. I washed the cloth liners and hung them dry just to find the seams fraying apart. After 3 days out of package the bannetons still had this horrible smell to them. I didn’t even try them and they went straight into the trash. What a waste of money.
